Our patented microbiome specimen kits facilitate sample collection, providing a mess-free experience for research participants. 

Samples are processed and analyzed using next-generation sequencing in our fully-automated San Francisco laboratory.

We accept most human microbial samples that work with our lysis buffer tubes including: gut (stool), vaginal, skin, oral, nasal. We also accept animal, fomite, industrial food and agricultural samples.
